A complete redevelopment of a site that was previously occupied with a dairy and old house converted into modern development of mixed use of retail and residential, including a Four Square, café and four residential units with carparks to the rear.

ECS ran the tender process for the base build of this project and continued to provide both Funders QS and Project QS services through to project completion of the base build as well as the internal fit outs.
