Construction Management

ECS can take on the responsibility of Construction Manager for your project. We have undertaken multi-million dollar projects on this basis, saving the Client substantial amounts in the reduction of Main Contractor preliminary and general costs, and margin.

Finance Application Documentation

ECS can assist you and your company finance department through the minefield of stipulations generally required by funding institutions. We have valued and long standing relationships with property finance brokers, who we can recommend, and work with, to ensure you have the very best chance of achieving your finance, at competitive rates.

We will ensure that your document looks good and has the required information contained within it, to enable the funding institutions to provide their ‘letter of offer’ for finance of your project. We will work to ensure the development budgets are adequate, and will stand the scrutiny of 3rd parties, thus ensuring ‘no surprises’ for you moving forward.

We will also be available to respond to any questions raised and are also willing to help deliver the application on your behalf.

Insurance Replacement Cost Estimates

ECS provides Insurance replacement cost estimating, now highly recommended by Insurers, to give building owners peace of mind, that their properties are adequately insured in the event of a rebuild claim.

We work to provide up-to-date advice, utilising current day market rates, while advising on potential cost escalation allowances, established at the time of estimate. We provide this service for both residential and commercial properties.

ECS has a substantial track record in providing these estimates as a result of an intensive commission in Christchurch, following the devastating 2010 and 2011 earthquakes.
