Josh Emett, and wife Helen's restaurant Onslow is a 100 seat refined modern bistro situated within the ground floor of the 'Grand Hotel', now 'The International' apartment building on Princes St in Auckland's CBD.

Designed by Rufus Knight and in collaboration with Sonja Hawkins, the space is layered in a varied material pallet of marble and travertine, richly stained Oak battens and built in joinery, aged brass accents, generously upholstered banquettes and floor to ceiling drapery.

ECS provided Design Management and PM services for the base-build and fitout scopes, completing both concurrent as a mini project within a live Apartment Development for The International.
