The Masonic Hotel is a historic building located in Cambridge. The hotel is currently undergoing a full refurbishment, which will restore the historic hotel into a 4.5-star boutique hotel with 26 large guest rooms, restaurant-bar-cafe, conference/function and meeting rooms, while utilising as much of the existing buildings as possible.

ECS is providing Quantity Surveying services including tender reviewing and cost estimating. These services are crucial in ensuring that all costs are being accounted for and stay within budget especially as the works are being carried out by individually hired builders rather than a main contractor.
