ECS is currently engaged in the construction of Karaka Pines Retirement Village, a project comprising 141 residential units, a community centre, and a bowling green.

The development is divided into four stages, with stage 1 substantially complete and stage 2 currently under construction. ECS joined the project after construction had already started and offered Bank QS services.

They supported the transition of funding from one bank to another and subsequently provided monthly reports on bank funding.
