Jack's Landing encompasses the construction of a total of 109 houses, comprising a mix of two and three bedroom units, including standalone houses and duplexes.

The project is divided among three primary contractors and one civil works main contractor responsible for the various aspects of the development. Presently, ECS is involved in the project offering our Quantity Surveying services.

Our scope of works includes conducting progress payment valuations and preparing bank funding reports to ensure the smooth financial management of the project.
