Victoria Street apartments were converted to mixed retail and residential used building in around 1999-2000. The building is six stories high containing 30 apartments with two retail tenancies on the ground floor.

The recent development involved full refurbishment and upgrades to the building externally and much of the building internally including all apartments. The upgrades achieved a more aesthetic and modern appearance.

The changes made to the internal face of the building included fire protection, extract and air systems, which brought the building up to the modern standards. ECS were engaged to manage the tender process and construction phase contract administration including Quantity Surveying and Project Management, while also being appointed as Engineer to the Contract.
