Emett, and wife Helen&#8217;s restaurant Onslow is a 100 seat refined modern bistro situated within the ground floor of the &#8216;Grand Hotel&#8217;, now &#8216;The International&#8217; apartment building on Princes St in Auckland&#8217;s CBD. <\/p>\n<p>Designed by Rufus Knight and in collaboration with Sonja Hawkins, the space is layered in a varied material pallet of marble and travertine, richly stained Oak battens and built in joinery, aged brass accents, generously upholstered banquettes and floor to ceiling drapery.<\/p>\n<p>ECS provided Design Management and PM services for the base-build and fitout scopes, completing both concurrent as a mini project within a live Apartment Development for The
