The building is six stories high containing 30 apartments with two retail tenancies on the ground floor.<\/p>\n<p>The recent development involved full refurbishment and upgrades to the building externally and much of the building internally including all apartments. The upgrades achieved a more aesthetic and modern appearance.<\/p>\n<p>The changes made to the internal face of the building included fire protection, extract and air systems, which brought the building up to the modern standards.
