Development at 25-31 Terminus Street comprises 21 residential units (stages 2 and 3) made up of 11, one or two unit blocks. Construction comprises timber wall and roof framing. The external envelopes are made up of clay brick cladding, double glazed aluminium joinery and metal tile roofing. Internal partitions are timber-framed with inter-tenancy firewalls between units. All units comprise two to three bedrooms and an attached garage. Externally, a concrete driveway is provided to each garage from the cul-de-sac roading off Terminus Street.

ECS involvement began with stage 2 of the development.
