Ranfurly House is a Heritage building located in Mt Albert, Auckland and it forms the heart of the Ranfurly Retirement Village.

The Ranfurly Trust Board recognised the need to redevelop the aging facilities -apartments were built around the perimeter of Ranfurly House which was refurbished to function as a village community centre.

ECS provided Cost Management services to Ranfurly Village for the refurbishment and extension of Ranfurly House.
