391 Victoria St Apartments, previously know as the ‘Hallensteins Building’ was converted to apartments in 1999/2000. It is now comprised of 30 Unit titled apartments with two retail tenancies on the ground floor facing Victoria St. It is six stories high and is undergoing a revised steel roof structure, new joinery and cladding to all sides. This includes revised deck detailing and drainage. Internal services including fresh air, extract systems and fire protection are being bought in line with current standards. After a lengthy design process run by the Body Corporate, ECS has been engaged to manage the tender process and construction phase contract administration including Quantity Surveying and Project Management, while also being appointed as Engineer to the Contract.
