Originally constructed in 1909, Cambridge Town Hall I a recognizable landmark in the heart of Cambridge, The building features a variety of distinctive spaces, including the Main Hall, Victorian and Edwardian rooms.

The planned Stage 1 of the development will focus on enhancing the building's structural integrity through seismic upgrades, roof replacement and internal renovations of Edwardian, Victorian rooms as well as conversion of the existing kitchen into a commercial kitchen standard, all while preserving its historical character.

ECS have been engaged to provide estimating services through the various design phases of the project and contract administration throughout the construction.
